WASHINGTON: North Korea has delivered greater than 1,000 containers of army gear and munitions to Russia in current weeks to be used in Ukraine, the White Home stated on Friday (Oct 13).
The assertion comes a month after North Korean chief Kim Jong Un traveled to Russia’s far east and met President Vladimir Putin, sparking concern amongst Kyiv’s allies over the potential for a possible arms deal.
“We condemn the DPRK for offering Russia with this army gear, which will likely be used to assault Ukrainian cities, kill Ukrainian civilians, and additional Russia’s illegitimate warfare,” White Home nationwide safety spokesman John Kirby instructed reporters, utilizing North Korea’s official identify.
